HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER

As a general rule, we recommend 4 weeks notice. We cannot guarantee, however, that this timeframe will secure you a spot. The sooner you place an order, the better.


Unfortunately we do not have a shopfront. We take customer orders over email only - dany@margueritecakes.com.au

DO YOU HAVE A SHOPFRONT THAT I CAN VISIT?


No - If you are unable to pick up your order in Applecross, we recommend 'Perth Couriers', a refrigerated courier service who can pick up and deliver your cake.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?


Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to offer these options. Our cakes are prepared in a kitchen where the equipment, at some point, has come into contact with nut/gluten/dairy.

DO YOU OFFER NUT, GLUTEN AND DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?

 


HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKES/CUPCAKES?

Keep you cake cool and refrigerated at all times, and avoid placing in direct sunlight. We recommend removing your cake from the fridge approximately 1 hour prior to consumption. It is best served at room temperature.


HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT MY CAKE

Keep the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on. Before transporting, please ensure the cake is well refrigerated.


WHAT IF I AM AFTER A FLAVOUR THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

At Marguerite Cakes, we love to experiment. Please let us know if you are after a flavour that is not listed on our website and we will try our best to help you out.
